  • The Day Support Coordinator at Adagio House will be part of a dynamic team of therapists and paraprofessionals who serve disabled individuals and caregivers.  The Day Support Coordinator will be an outgoing, responsible, compassionate, and engaging leader.  Reporting to the Director of Operations as supervisor until such time as Adagio House hires a Director of Community Life, the Day Support Coordinator will implement, build, and maintain all aspects of day support for individuals with disabilities.

    Day Support Coordinator duties and responsibilities:

    • Working with the Director of Operations to tailor and implement day support programming including spring break and summer camps as well as year round day support for people with developmental and intellectual disabilities ages 13 and older

    • Working with the Director of Operations to tailor and implement respite programs including center-based and in-home respite, as well as oversee the attendant matching program

    • Overseeing and coordinating the team providing onsite and in-home, individual and group, respite care and day support, providing direct service as needed

    • Ensuring a safe, kind, and engaging environment for those in Adagio House care

    • Assisting with all activities of daily living for participants as needed

    • Overseeing and keeping the program areas clean and tidy throughout the day

    • Assisting with fundraising activities as needed to help provide scholarships for participants

    • Assisting with various other housekeeping and administrative tasks
