Jason Licthi, LPC
Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor
I believe that healing begins with connection and strive to create a warm, supportive, and non-judgmental space.
I focus on helping you understand and process your emotions, especially in the context of relationships. We’ll work together to identify patterns that may be contributing to emotional distress and develop healthier ways to connect with others, whether in romantic relationships, family dynamics, or within yourself.
My humanistic, person-centered approach focuses on you as a whole person—your strengths, potential, and capacity for growth. I believe in the importance of authenticity, empathy, and acceptance in therapy, and I’ll walk alongside you as you navigate life’s challenges and pursue meaningful change. In addition to individuals and families, I have a special passion for supporting professional caregivers—teachers, nurses, clergy, first responders, and others in high-demand roles—who dedicate themselves to others while often neglecting their own emotional well-being.”
I have experience working with anxiety, depression, life transitions, trauma, grief, ADHD, Autism (or Autistic individuals), cultural adjustments, athletes, performers, LGBQTIA+, family dynamics, and couples counseling. Having worked with all ages, I recognize that connection, understanding, and support are core emotional needs at every stage of life.
Whether you’re seeking to heal from past wounds, improve your relationships, or simply gain deeper insight into yourself, I’m here to support you in your journey.
